Other events
Other than SiMUN, our association also organizes different events such as round tables, discussions and other simulations. Here you can find some information about our past events as well as the possible upcoming ones.
March 2015: HRC SIMULATION
At the Marchs' Human Rights Council simulation at the Faculty of Social Sciences, students successfully adopted a resolution on the protection of children in Syria. The simulation took place in the Grand Hall of the Faculty. Also present were three representatives from the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

April 2014: DISCUSSION WITH THE US AMBASSADOR
In April, MEOS held the discussion evening on the topic of Diplomatic relations between Slovenia and the USA at the Faculty of Social Sciences. The discussion was held with His Excellency Joseph A. Mussomeli, U.S. Ambassador to Slovenia. The debate revolved around the ambassadors' prior diplomatic experiences, his perception of Slovenia, cooperation between the two countries and the opportunities such relations offer.
