The committee chairs make a big difference on each delegates' Model UN experience. Their role is to know the topic better than any delegate, explain the rules, encourage participation of all delegates, have control of the committee, move forward the debate, be always enthusiastic and ensure delegates will have an unforgettable SiMUN experience.
